Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the WoahCab platform or purchasing digital subscriptions.
1. Agreement & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WoahCab website, application, spaced repetition learning platform, and related educational digital content operated by WoahCab ("us", "we", or "our"). By registering an account or making any subscription purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.
2. Account Registration & Conduct
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.
- Sharing account access or credentials across multiple unauthorized individuals is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in system abuse, automated scraping, or malicious disruption.
3. Subscriptions & bKash Payments
WoahCab offers digital subscription plans (3 Months Standard and 1 Year Unlimited) providing full access to all 40 vocabulary chunks, diagnostic tests, flashcards, and battle modes.
- Payment Processing: Digital subscriptions are paid via mobile banking (e.g. bKash Send Money). Users submit their 10-character Transaction ID (TrxID) for verification.
- Activation: Subscriptions are verified and activated automatically or manually upon valid transaction matching.
- 7-Day Guarantee: Our 1-Year plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of initial payment will be processed back to the original bKash sender number.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All contents, vocabulary selections, Bangla translations, mnemonics, software code, UI designs, brand assets, logos, and printed publications of WoahCab are the exclusive intellectual property of WoahCab and its authors (Tanvir Touhid Alvi and Iftekhar E Mahbub Zeeon). You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal educational preparation. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit any material without explicit prior written authorization.
5. Educational Disclaimer
WoahCab provides specialized learning algorithms and vocabulary materials curated for competitive exams (such as GRE, IBA BBA/MBA, DU C Unit, BCS, etc.). While our methodology is designed for high retention, exam results depend on individual effort and overall preparation. WoahCab does not guarantee specific exam scores or admission outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WoahCab, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, service interruptions, or third-party network failures.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
